Who We're Looking For

We’re hiring independently licensed therapists in Ohio who are ready to make a difference in the lives of mothers and families.

Required:

• Active license in Ohio as one of the following:

  • LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)

  • LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker)

  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)

• Authorized to diagnose and treat without supervision

• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR platforms

• Eligible to bill major insurance plans

Preferred:

• Experience with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum challenges, birth trauma, or fertility-related stress

• Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C or equivalent)

• Personal or lived experience with motherhood or parenting transitions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy for maternal mental health clients

• Conduct evaluations and create evidence-based treatment plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Use modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care

• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care with flexibility and autonomy
