What you should know about insurance
Co-Insurance: This is the percentage of the cost of each session that you’re responsible for paying after meeting your deductible. For example, if your co-insurance is 20%, you pay 20% of the session fee, and your insurance pays the rest
Deductibles: A deductible is the amount you need to pay out-of-pocket for healthcare before your insurance starts covering costs. Check with your provider to know how much of your deductible has been met
In-Network Providers: If we’re in-network with your insurance, you’ll likely pay less because your insurance covers a larger portion of the cost
Out-of-Network Providers: If we’re out-of-network, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement
If you’re unsure about your coverage, contact our Care Coordination team at info@nurturematernalhealth.com or call (513) 400-4753 for assistance.
Self-Pay options
For clients who prefer not to use insurance, we offer straightforward self-pay rates as well as bundled packages for ongoing care.
Individual self-pay rates:
Initial Session: $175
Subsequent Sessions: $150
